Superhero

When I saw this Pink Gems Designs digi stamp on Jane's blog HERE, I just couldn't resist buying my own.  The digistamp is sent pre-coloured and as an outline.  I was at a monthly crop yesterday and, despite all the chatting!, I managed to make eight of this design for a craft stall I have at a school craft fair next month.  This is the first time I've used a pre-coloured digistamp, preferring to colour my own, but as I was making several cards to sell using this image, it saved a lot of time.
I started with a 7" x 5" red card blank. The embossing folder is an A4 Sizzix 'Dots' one, which my friend got in her Big Shot Plus bundle, which she kindly let me borrow yesterday.  I'm not sure it can be purchased separately, which is a shame because the A4 size is really useful.  Three black Card Candi finished off my card.

  1. I must be costing you a fortune - first the dies, now the digis! It was the first time I'd used a pre coloured one too - ideal for quick cards isn't it?

    1. Really pleased with how the card turned out. The music die is still on my wish list, Jane, although I'm not sure how long it will be before my finger slips on the 'buy' button. ;-)

  3. A perfect card for a boy, and very clever to use a pre-coloured stamp when you make several cards at once.

  4. Hi Liz,
what a fab card and wonderfully designed too.
I must admit the Pink Gem Digis are great, and if your doing a lot of the same card to be able to use the already coloured version is fab.
I always love the PG digis they are so cute as well as excellent value for money.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
