It's been a busy couple of weeks, including running two card making craft evenings for friends.  Thanks to my friend Ruth who came along to give me a hand.  See pictures of the craft evenings HERE.

So...  onto a card needed for this week, another card for a man.  I had to get my thinking cap on to design a card without involving sport.  This is what I produced.

Get Well Card

I made a get well card today for a friend who likes swans.  As the swan is white, I wanted to keep the design clean and simple to make the swan stand out.



New Home

Happy New Year!  

My first card of 2014 is New Home card that I hope will be needed soon!  I wanted to make a fun, 'girlie' card, so chose bright pink, black and white.  I love the new Lavinia Zen houses stamps and decided to use just one of them on my stepper card.  As the Lavinia blog challenge this month is 'Add Some Glitter', I used my clear Wink of Stella glitter brush pen to cover the whole of the house and also the fairy wings.  I've only recently discovered these pens, but they are brilliant for adding a touch of glitter to projects.
