Crafty Calendar Challenge ~ Summer

The September Crafty Calendar Challenge begins today with the theme 'Summer'.

My DT creation is a Double Z-Fold card.  I used one of the dies from the Joanna Sheen 'Beach Hut' set, the little door opens, so I backed the beach hut with light grey so that is shows through the windows and door.  The patterned paper is from The Range.

The Crafty Calendar Challenge ends on the 28th September.  Please hop over the the challenge blog to see all the beautiful creations the DT have made.

I am joining in the following challenges:

  3. Hi Liz, I'm starting as I mean to go on - making sure I get round and comment on everyone's cards. I love that so many of your cards are fancy folds - they are so much more interesting than the boring blanks that I use! This one is no exception - love the fold and a beach hut is supreme British Summertime, isn't it! Sarah

  4. You can always be relied upon to come up with the most fabulous folds Liz...and always so beautifully and precisely done. Love the beach hut and the perfect choice of papers to complement it. (It would be a perfect fit for our challenge at Fab'n' Funky this month)

  7. These are perfect summer themed papers backed by the orange card Liz and the 'z' fold looks great, also the beach hut on the front with its die cut windows and opening door works well with the light grey paper behind..a super card. x
