Gears

I'm back with my third post today - and I've also fitted in time to go to the coast to watch the Red Arrows aerobatic display!

The Less is More Challenge theme this week is 'Stencilling'. As it's Father's Day today, I thought I'd make a masculine card.
I made the panel using a Creative Expressions 'Gears' stencil, with Chipped Sapphire Distress ink.  The small mirror card gears were die cut with an x-Cut die.  I used a Spellbinders Cog die cut to mat the sentiment.

 I would like to enter my card for the following challenges:

    Great guy card! I love sprockets and cogs!

    I think I have seen the red Arrows...if they are the plane arobatics, then I saw them a couple of years ago while in England. They were fab!

    I really like how you matted the sentiment with a gear. Cool idea. Your stenciling came out beautiful. Love the mirror gears. Another fabulous card. You've been a busy girl.

    Now THIS is a great guy card...for ANY occasion. Men like blue (at least most do!) and they nearly all love gears & gadgets. So perfect. Love your stenciling. And yes, get out the brushos! If you've not seen the youtubes by Eileen Godwin, look at those...most excellent. Will encourage you no end. If I can use them, I KNOW you can! TFS & Hugs

    Great card Liz and a super theme as well. I love that you added the snippetty cogs, they're also perfectly placed all ready to work when someone starts the card up :)

    This is a great masculine card Liz and I like the stencilled strip you have made in that pretty blue and the silver mirri card cogs over the top and under the sentiment look great. x
