It's ten days since I last blogged, where has the last ten days gone??? I'm sharing a birthday card today which I made for my son recently. It's quite a CAS design, in the team colours of his favourite football team.
The football is a die I bought on eBay, cut in black and layered on a white circle of card. The background starburst is a die that came as a magazine freebie. I raised the football up on foam pads to add some dimension.

What a great card for your son Liz and I love the football sitting over that brillant starburst cut into the card which really shows it off. I never saw that freebie, but it looks perfect used here. x
ReplyDeleteGreat card and I can tell you where the time has gone. Getting ready for Christmas, laundry, cooking, cleaning and running errands. That takes up way to much crafting time.

ReplyDeleteGreat birthday card with a sports theme. I guess here we call that kind of ball a soccer one and our football is in a different shape. But no matter I am sure this will be a favorite of your sons. Keep inspiring us!
