Rock Climbing

The May Crafty Calendar Challenge begins today and runs until the 28th May.  The theme this month is 'Distress It'.  Our generous sponsor is Sheep Ski Designs who also kindly provided the images for the DT to make their cards.

For my DT card I chose the lovely, masculine image 'Determination', which I coloured with Promarkers.  I used grey Core'dinations card with a brick embossing folder, so I could sand it to give a distressed look.  A computer generated sentiment finished off my card.

Please pop over to the Crafty Calendar Challenge to see all the wonderful cards my teamies have made for inspiration.

There are are digital images to be won for a randomly chosen winner from Sheep Ski Designs and we will also be choosing our favourite Top 3.

Looking forward to seeing all your beautiful projects.

I am joining in the following challenges:

  22. What a fun card Liz! I love the rock climber image, so fun and something that always looked like it would be fun to do if one wasn't afraid of heights. That wouldn't be me. lol I love the embossed and distressed "wall" you made to go with this image. Did you cut the shape on the right of it?? Love how irregular it looks. Hugs, Brenda

    1. Just remembered that I didn't leave you a reply, Brenda. Yes, I trimmed off the edge with scissors, following the embossed design. xx
