Easter Bunny

A friend asked if I would make a card for her grandson.  It's his first Easter and with the current situation, she won't be able to see him.  I wanted to make a card with something I thought he might recognise and this is what I came up with. 
The bunny is a Woodware stamp, 'Hoppy Bunny', stamped with Versafine 'Onyx Black'  and paper pieced with patterned paper from a Stampin' Up paper pad.  The dotty panel is from the same sheet of paper, although it looks a different colour in the photograph.  Who says the camera never lies!  I used a Spellbinders 'Dainty Dots' embossing folder for the background and the sentiment is computer generated.

  3. Liz, this is as precious as can be! I love your perfect little bunny - so soft and a great focal point. I can't believe Easter is this Sunday! This year it snuck up on me with the pandemic around us - be well and stay safe!

  8. Such a beautiful bunny! Your card is so sweet and lovely, I'm sure it will put a smile on your friend's grandson. Let's hope this will be over soon so all the grandparents in the world will be able to hold their grandkids! Happy Easter, take care!
