A masculine card today. I'd forgotten how tricky it is to photograph cards with so much mirror card and this was the best I could do.
I used a Lisa Horton 3D 'Padded Quilt' embossing folder with silver mirror card for the background. The layered ovals are Memory Box 'Stitched Oval Layers' die cuts and are raised up on foam tape to add some extra dimension. The sentiment is stamped with Versafine Clair 'Nocturne' and the numbers are dies from the Works. A few black and white Card Candi finished off my card.

ReplyDeleteI love my light box, perfect for getting true colours. I need more practise for taking photos of mirror card though. This photo was taken flat on the floor under normal lighting and I got a better result than in the light box. xx

I actually started using less mirri because of the photograpy issue Liz. I find it's fine with matt and layers though. Great card. Shabneez x
