A birthday card to share today with a dog theme.
The image is a pre-coloured digi stamp from Beccy's Place. I used Memory Box 'Stitched Square Layers' dies for matting and layering the image, which is raised up on foam tape. I cut a slighty larger patterned paper square and layered it on a brown mat. The background was embossed with a Creative Expression 'Pawprint Lattice' e/f, a favourite of mine for cat or dog cards. Three tiny pale green pearls finished off my card.

Beautiful card Liz. I can see why that embossing folder is a favourite for cat and dog cards. I like how you offset one of the squares so that it replicates the lattice background.

ReplyDeleteAwesome embossing folder Liz... very cool for pet cards! I love how you've repeated the same shape throughout the design, it really brings all the different sections together. Great colour scheme too, I really like the hints of mint green here and there. Pretty!
