Granddaughter

Our granddaughter is celebrating her 13th birthday today and this is the card I made for her.

Having recently discovered how to make shutter cards, I’ve made several over the last few weeks.  The papers are from a paper pad from The Works and the belly band keeps the card closed. 

This is the inside of the card. I made two flowers with dies to add to the inside panels.

Shutter cards are so much easier to make than they look.   I made a short video HERE which shows how I make mine.

    A fabulous card for your granddaughter Liz using this brilliant shutter card shape, and love the colour and the beautiful bird design with some pretty white on a darker pink for the band, and some more wonderful patterned papers to decorate the inside too. A super card which your granddaughter will adore. x
