A new Allsorts Challenge begins today and will run for two weeks. The theme this time is 'In the Spring Garden' or you can go with the Anything Goes option.
I always think primroses look beautiful in a spring garden with their delicate shade of yellow. I chose to use one of our sponsors images, Ruth Hamilton Designs 'Primula' and I coloured the image with Promarkers. I lined up the image with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and created an embossed frame, before layering it on a green mat. Three tiny green pearls finished off my card.
Prizes this month are from our generous sponsors Oakwood, AALL and Create, Stamp Addicts, Ruth Hamilton Design, Aldridge Crafts
Please pop over to the Allsorts Challenge blog to see all the beautiful cards the DT have made.
Very prettily done Liz, really elegant in the CAS design. You are so right about Primroses, sadly ours are a no show this year and rather suspect the Squirrels have dug up the bulbs as lots of the Daffs have appeared in places there never were before.

ReplyDeleteHow beautiful Liz. Love the CAS design with the pretty embossing! I planted a few primulas some years ago but sadly they didn't return the following year. Maybe they didn't survive our winters!
