Allsorts Challenge ~ Blast From The Past

Ellie has chosen the theme for this week's Allsorts Challenge and she had chosen 'Blast from the Past'.  So, we would love to see your Vintage/Retro/Art Deco creations.  As always, there is always the option of Anything Goes.   For my DT card I decided to use one of my stamps in the Charles Rennie Mackintosh style.  

The stamp was from a  set which came as a cover gift with a craft magazine some time ago.  I inked up this stamp for the first time with Versafine Clair 'Nocture' and coloured the flowers with a red Promarker.  The frame was die cut with a die from the MFT 'Stitched Circle Scalloped Frames' set and layered over the image/sentiment.  Three red pearls finished off my card.

  6. This stamp has the look of Charles Rennie Mackintosh I think and love the look of it within the scalloped frame, and the red and black is so elegant Liz. x

  8. This is such a pretty card done in those great colors. I love the circle die-cut for the sentiment panel along with the 3 red pearl accents and those little flowers are quite lovely too!
