Peel Offs

After a conversation with crafty friends recently about the mountain of ancient, unused peel offs we all have, I decided to make this card.

I attached the black peel offs on little squares of white card, layered on slightly larger black mats.  I coloured the flowers with Promarkers and added a peel off sentiment.  All the card, except for the card blank was snippets, so I'll be sharing my card over in The Playground.  The peel offs were all from part-used sheets, so I guess you could call them snippets too. 😉

I am joining in the following challenges:

  4. I must have gotten into the card making game so late that I missed the peel offs. So, I'm kinda glad because I would have a mountain of them. They are pretty though. Pass them out at trick or treat. Kids would probably love to have them. My granddaughter would stick them all over the place and have a grand time with them. [Bunny]

  5. These floral peel-offs look great Liz and I love the bright and pretty colours and the black mats and layers stand out really well. Peel-offs used in the right way can make a very elegant card. x

  8. Goodness me there's a blast from the past - I'd almost forgotten about peel-offs. Actually I think I gave a load to the charity shop a few years ago and not even sure I have any left now. I'm sure this will qualify for the Snippets challenge, very nice card.
