Graduation

A Graduation card to share today, my layout is based on a sketch in a Facebook craft group.

The owl is a Stampin' Up punch and I added a little mortar board and glasses.  He's sat on a branch from the SU 'Two Step Bird Builder punch'.   The panel across the middle was stencilled with a Lavinia 'Pebble' stencils, using Distress Inks.  I used a little piece of patterned paper front my snippets drawer for the die cut semi-circle.  A couple of banner die cuts, a sentiment and three brown pearls finished off my card.

  4. I love my owl punch too and will never part with it! The owl looks perfect in his little mortarboard and I like that stenciling too!

  16. This is a fabulous graduation card Liz and the die cut owl is just perfect, and also the stencilled strip and the partial circle with the bright and pretty leafy paper, and finished beautifully with the two fishtail banners and the the sentiment and brown pearls. x
