Allsorts Challenge ~ Anything But Square

A new Allsorts Challenge begins today and Lolo has chosen the theme 'Anything but Square'.  As always, there is always the Anything Goes option.  My card today is a Split Gatefold Card. 

The patterned paper was from my snippets drawer.  I added some red Card Candi to match the red mats.  The sentiment is from one of Lisa Horton's box kits, stamped with Versafine 'Nocturne'. The back was left blank for the message.  The card folds flat for posting.

  8. Wow I can't keep up with you! You have as always been producing some wonderful cards Liz...you are a human card making machine..lol This one is striking in the black an dwhite with the pop of red, and good to see candi in use..I have stacks of them...they seem to be in the forgotten 'box' don't they at present. .....time for a revival? xx

  20. What a wonderful shape Liz, and love the red and black together with the pretty flower and leaf designs on the dp, and finished perfectly with the red card candy and red matted layering on the sentiment and throughout this brilliant card. x
