A new Allsorts Challenge begins today and Helen has chosen the theme of CAS. As always, there is the option of 'Anything Goes'.
I used a Memory Box 'Sylvan Corner die with pink card and layered it on a white rectangle. which was layered on a pink mat. The sentiment is from the Stampin' Up 'Painted Glass' set and stamped with Versafine Claire 'Morning Mist'.
There are three prizes from Oakwood Direct, 3 stencils, A5 stamp set and coordination Butterfly stamp and die set.

This card is lovely. CAS designs are just right for sad occasions where anything too elaborate would be out of place

ReplyDeleteI love the clean and simple design of this card. The pink die cut against the white background creates such an elegant and delicate look. The sentiment adds a perfect touch for a sympathy card.
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine how you got that intricate die cut out and adhered to your card without tearing it. It is so beautiful and a lovely die to use for a sympathy card.
ReplyDeleteI often use wax paper between the card and the die if the die is particularly intricate. The card releases very easily then from the die. xx
