Thank you for all your Anniversary messages on yesterday's post. We had a lovely day in the Cotswolds and the weather was perfect.
The Less is More Challenge this week is One Layer - 'Your Favourite Flower'. Although I love poppies, fuchsias and snowdrops too, with my blog name my choice of favourite flowers has to be sunflowers.
My first job was to choose a stamp to use. Over the years I have collected quite a few! I settled on this one, a wood mounted Hooks Lines & Inkers stamp, which I stamped in Memento 'Tuxedo Black' and coloured with Promarkers. The sentiment is an old Inca Stamp.
I am joining in the following challenges:
What a cute flower stamp and great one layer, perfect image for late summer! Thanks for popping by my blog today!
ReplyDeleteThis is fab, Liz! So perfectly CAS, yet filled with sunny colour and visual interest. Not surprised to see sunflowers making an appearance, and how lovely you've made them look with that colouring. Thanks so much for playing with us at Less is More :)

ReplyDeleteI love sunflowers too! These are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary wishes. We have just had our 45th and I don't know where the time has gone to!!. These are lovely sunflowers and I love the name of the stamp company. Regarding my gone fishing the scallops are identical but the iris folding is very slightly different resulting in a tinier centre diamond. Hugs Mrs A.
