Autumn Fall

Autumn is well and truly here and walking into the school where I worked today, the ground was covered in fallen sycamore leaves.  So, for today's card I used the lovely Lavinia 'Autumn Fall' stamp, embellished with sycamore leaves.  
I coloured a sheet of white cardstock randomly with Adirondack inks in shades of red, orange, yellow and brown.  I used this inked sheet to put a strip behind the die cut holes, punch sycamore leaves and to mat the sentiment.  The punched leaves were attached with foam pads to give a bit of dimension.  For the stamped image I used a Versafine 'Sepia' ink pad.

    Your card is full of lovely autumn colours. Twizzle sticks are a bit of a sore point
    with me at the moment as I must have collected up thousand's of the wretched things from the front and back gardens. I wouldn't mind but the trees are not on my property!! Having said all that I do love your card. hugs Mrs A.

    Fabulous autumn colours you have used on this card. I love the die cut holes with colour showing through and the tumbling leaves, and I am always keen on anything to do with fairies.

    Love this! All those wonderful colors of fall. We haven't seen any sign of it down this way but hopefully soon. Love the die cut on the side with this. VERY pretty.

    This is a lovely autumnal card Liz and the Lavinia silhouette fairy is lovely and detailed. The punched card works beautifully with the inked card behind and those pretty punched leaves are the perfect embellishment. x
