Masculine Get Well Card

A masculine card Get Well card today for someone who is having an operation next week.  As he lives in the country and has so many different birds visiting his garden, I thought this might be an appropriate design.

The birds on a wire is a strip of washi tape which has a clear background, so the mottled blue background paper shows through.   The birdhouse is a die cut from the Memory Box 'Birdhouse Village' set of die and the bird is from the Memory Box 'Finnegan Fronds' set.  The sentiment is computer generated.

  17. Great male operation card, Liz. I was just thinking this morning that I wish I could find a stamp set for all kinds of recovery or sorry about your accident, or wishing you a speedy recovery. I have to make those on the computer too. Since it's such a common occurrence you would think there would be a stamp set for that. Maybe there is and I just haven't found it yet. Your card is just perfect. I love that washi tape. I thought how perfect you stamped those birds until I read the post.

  18. Well the internet stayed up all of 24 hours and fell over again this morning so I went out and did some gardening where a little robin came and joined me. He followed everywhere I went and inspected each patch of dirt as I cleared and cut back the died flowers!! That washi tape is a realy neat idea being see through. Back up and running again but will see how long it lasts this time. Hugs Mrs A.
