Bluebell

A 'Thank You' card I can share, now that I know it's been received.  I won this beautiful flower die recently over on Poppyfield Card Crafts blog.

The bluebell die is part of a two piece Spellbinders 'Bluebells & Lily Of The Valley' set.   I die cut the flower from a snippet of white card and coloured it with 'Bluebell' and 'Grass' Promarkers.    The corner die is a Memory Box 'Distressed Baptisia Collage' die.  I used 'Bluebell' Promarker to colour a large snippet of white card and used it to back the corner die cut.  The sentiment is a stamp from the Stampin' Up 'Humming Along' set, layered on a piece of leftover 'Bluebell' coloured card and raised up on foam pads.

  11. That MB corner cut out die goes beautifully with the pretty die cut bluebells Liz, and how appropriate to have a Promarker called 'bluebell' to colour with. A wonderful elegant card. x

  17. Hi Liz

Just spotted your comment. Sorry if what I said was misleading. I suppose I ought to have said that I always try to use coloured or patterned snippets. But all white (whether coloured over or not) is absolutely fine! Will be back to comment when you link in - off to bed here!

    Love

  24. Such a pretty card Liz! As always it's so perfectly designed and balanced - you make it look effortless. Like Greta, i too have similar corner dies, if not possibly the same ones - but do I think to use them? Nope, sigh.
