Triple Step Card

A Triple Step Card to share today.

The patterned paper is from a Dovecraft paper pad, 'Blue Skies'.  The balloons are punched and I added a little detail with a white pen, the strings were added with a navy blue pen.  The punched star was layered on two Memory Box 'Stitched Circle Layers' die cut.  I used Memory Box 'Uppercase Alphabet Soup' dies for the sentiment.
