Friends of ours became grandparents a few weeks ago and this is the card I made for them. Another fancy fold card following instructions on Nifty Noodles Crafting Facebook page. A really simple card to make this time.
The patterned paper is from Limetree Crafts. I die cut a Memory Box 'Baby Carriage' with pink pearlised card and layer it on a Memory Box 'Stitched Scalloped Circle' die cut.
I decorated the inside and added a plain panel for the message.
I am joining in the following challenges with this card:
This is card I made for the proud parents. I've known the Mum since she was a little girl, in fact I taught her when she was a seven year old.
The frame and all the elements are Creative Expressions die cuts, using pink and silver pearlised card.
How cute and pretty both cards are Liz, and I love that unusual shape for the first, and then the frame filled with the cute animal images and the button hearts too and what a pretty name for the baby. x
ReplyDeleteBoth your baby cards are lovely Liz, beautifully designed as always, I thought the first one was a centre step at first glance, not seen this fold before.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely to make a baby congratulations card for a former pupil!

Both are so lovely and girly, great fold and design on each. Also lovely to see a Welsh name on the second. Seren means star. I hope you are nearly 100% back to your old self.
