A fairly quick make today for my nephew, as I need to get it in the post this week to send abroad.
After making a Diagonal Joy Fold Card as a 6" x 4" card HERE, I managed to find a stockist of 7" x 5" card blanks, so I was able to make it in a bigger size.
The patterned paper is from a Dovecraft 'True Blue' paper pad. The mats are navy pearlised card.
The Happy Birthday die cut is on the top panel which lifts up to reveal a white space to write a message.
I am joining in the following challenges:
Great design and a wonderful card.

A great masculine card - I always feel A6 cards are too small and difficult to design for
ReplyDeleteWhen I first started card making many years ago, all my cards were A6. It was difficult to get card blanks any bigger and I wasn’t sure how I’d fill a bigger space. How times have changed! I rarely make A6 cards now, except for sometimes sending abroad, due to the postage costs. x
