The Rudolph Days March Challenge begins today. Helen took over the challenge from the lovely Maureen last month and the new place for finding the challenge is HERE. I love making these Milk Carton gift boxes after seeing them demonstrated on the Nifty Noodles Crafting Facebook page. I've made a couple ready for Christmas.
The box is made from one sheet of A4 card. The patterned paper is from a paper pad from The Works. The box is kept closed with the bulldog clip.
I am joining in the following challenges with this project:
I made a second one in blue and white, my favourite colour combination for Christmas. These patterned papers were from The Works too.
Two great versions of the milk carton - pretty papers and just right for Rudolph Days challenge

These milk carton shaped gift boxes are great Liz and the two different colour ways work well, and I agree with you about blue and white which is a look I love for Christmas too. I actually bought a pad of background papers from The Works this weekend as it was very reasonably priced and the alcohol ink look that some had was lovely, and there were some coordinating papers to go with them that I thought I would actually use, especially as I don't use papers very often. x
ReplyDeleteTwo fabulous milk carton boxes - pretty papers too.

Two beautiful boxes! I always end up making them and not using them to gift anything and they take too much space in my craftroom... Hugs, Gerrina
ReplyDeleteThey look so impressive Liz and I love the co-ordinated clips to close them. I am going to have a go!! xx
ReplyDeleteGreat idea making milk gift boxes for Christmas, Liz. Love the papers you used!

ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment (and good wishes) on my blog this morning, I don't get notifications from a friends blog either - blogger does occasionally do the weirdest things

ReplyDeleteIt's fantastic to see your enthusiasm for the Rudolph Days March Challenge! Your Milk Carton gift boxes are delightful, and it's inspiring to hear how you discovered them through Nifty Noodles Crafting. The use of patterned paper from The Works adds a charming touch, and the bulldog clip closure is both practical and adorable.
These are fabulous - what a great idea!
