I was delighted to be invited to be a Guest Designer for the Dragonfly Dreams April Challenge. The theme this month is 'Use a Die'.
I decided to make a masculine card for a friend. To make the card base I used a Spellbinders 'Happy Days' die. The papers are from a paper pad from The Works and I added four punched stars on the steps. The sentiment was made with Creative Expressions dies, 'Mini Shadowed Sentiments - Happy Birthday', which cuts out the words and the shadow background.
Another lovely shape Liz and with those DP's makes a great masculine card.

Love this card Liz. I need to have a go at that shape if my brain will let me lol.
ReplyDeleteWow, how striking!! Love so much the papers you used and the punched stars on the steps are just perfect for this design!!
ReplyDeleteGreat choice of paper for this clever card - jolly useful to have a die to cut it rather than fiddle with measurements and a craft knife.
ReplyDeleteVery clever fold and fab papers for a masculine card
