I always take some cardmaking resources with me when we stay in our caravan in North Devon. I also keep basic craft tools etc in the caravan so I'm ready to go if we get bad weather. These are two of the cards I made on a rainy day during one of our holidays.
The patterned papers are from The Works. The sentiment is a stamp from the Stamping Up 'Humming Along' set, stamped with Versafine Clair 'Nocturne'. The flowers are Sue Wilson's 'Petite Dianthus' die cuts with tiny pearls in the centres. I bought the die set from a charity shop and this was its first outing.

I made a similar card using the same papers and flower dies. I used a 'thanks' sentiment die from Crafters Companion..... another charity shop buy used for the first time.
The cards fold flat for posting.

We stayed in our caravan last week and had a lovely long walk along the beach at Westward Ho!. (Do you know that Westward Ho! the only town in the UK to have an exclamation mark as part of its name? It's also named after a book by Charles Kingsley.) I took this picture as a memory of the amazing patterns the sea leaves on the sand.
Liz, I love both of your fun fold cards! I saw the Thank you one over on Crafty Catz and had to come take a closer look! I hope you'll add both cards to the linky at Creative Creases Challenge where it's always anything goes with a fun fold card: https://secretstamper.com/category/creative-creases-challenge/
