Corner Pop-Up Card

Thank you for all the Get Well Wishes on my last post.  No chance of crafting one handed so I'm sharing a card I made for my great niece earlier this month.

The patterned paper was all snippets from a paper pad from The Range. The flowers were made from snippets too, using dies from the Jamie Rodgers 'Daisy Blossoms' set.   The sentiment is a stamp from the Stampin' Up 'Humming Along' set.

  1. Hi Liz - I just went back to your last post to see what had happened.
Thanks for bringing this lovely shaped card to the Snippets Playground. Find yourself a comfy seat in the Treehouse and I'll bring you a lovely hot chocolate with extra marshmallows. xxx

    1. Thanks Sarn, not too big a mug please. Saw the doctor today and he said I’m not allowed to lift anything heavier than a cup of tea. xx

  3. Very pretty for your Niece Liz. Guess I'm lucky as I'm right handed and it's my left not working so can at least prod a few things. Testing on the patience thought when thee;s so much you want to do.

  6. That's an effective fold and one I've not seen before, it's so pretty in the colours you used. As for a large hot chocolate - get a straw, no lifting required. hugs Lynn x

  12. The corner pop up design feels lively and joyful, and I love how the snippets from the paper pad create such a bright mix of patterns that still feel cohesive, while the layered Daisy Blossoms add a soft dimensional touch that draws the eye right into the fold of the structure, and the Humming Along sentiment finishes everything with a clean, polished focal point that suits a special card for your great niece beautifully.
