A friend was made a grandmother recently and this is the card I made for her.
The image is a MB 'Baby Carriage' die cut, layered on a MB 'Stitched Circle'. The banners were punched with a Stampin' Up punch and for the letters I used MB 'Alphabet Soup' dies. The embossing was done with one of my favourite embossing folders, SB ' Dainty Dots.
