This is my second post today, please scroll down to see my Crafty Calendar Challenge DT card.
It's my turn to introduce this week's Allsorts Challenge. I love making fancy fold cards and so I've chosen the theme 'More Than One Fold'.
I saw a similar fold to this, so I worked out the measurements to make the card from an A4 sheet of card. The papers are all from a paper pad from The Range. The sentiment is a stamp from the Stampin' Up 'Humming Along' set, stamped with Versafine Clair 'Warm Breeze. The sentiment was punched out with a Stampin' Up punch and the mat cut by hand. The two flowers are Creative Expressions 'Daisy Blossoms' dies cuts. The die cut on the right is Memory Box 'Kensington Branch' cut from a snippet of the dark green patterned paper. I used the same die to cut the flowers and butterflies in white and yellow and layered them on the original green die cut.

Your fancy fold card is absolutely delightful! The theme 'More Than One Fold' adds an extra layer of interest, and the papers from The Range paper pad must create a beautiful backdrop. The sentiment from the Stampin' Up 'Humming Along' set, stamped with Versafine Clair 'Warm Breeze', adds a lovely touch, and the Creative Expressions 'Daisy Blossoms' die cuts and Memory Box 'Kensington Branch' die cut add wonderful dimension and detail to the design.

You always make the best folds on your cards and this is great. A delightful card with such pretty papers and I love the die cut. The sentiment framing is also pretty.

ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty, Liz! I never do fancy folds, but love seeing yours! PS--the Concord and 9th Turnabout stamps are really fun and versatile. You can totally change the look depending on the colors and they have a wide variety of designs. Glad you liked my card.
