This is my second post today, please scroll down to see my Crafty Calendar Challenge DT card.
Lynn has chosen 'It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas' for this week's Allsorts Challenge.
For the background I masked off a square and used a Lavinia Stamps 'Dynamic' stencil and an Elements 'Sahara' ink pad. I used some Lavinia stamps I bought recently on a visit to their shop, 'Christmas Greetings', 'Snowy Fir Tree Small' and 'Annie and Edward', all stamped with Versafine 'Nocture'. I put a gold sequin star on top of the tree and used a gold Wink of Stella brush pen to add some sparkle to the tree, the candle and lamp and along the ground. This card started as One Layer card, but I managed to smudge some gold glitter along the edge, so I die the card using a die from the Lisa Horton's 'Stitched Scalloped Layered Squares' set and raised it up an foam tape before attaching to a new card blank.
There are two prizes of AALL and Create A6 stamps.
I am joining in the following challenges:
A gorgeous festive make with the stencilled background and silhouette stamps.

Great stencilled background to these super Lavinia seasonal stamps - love it
ReplyDeleteBeautiful background to showcase your stamped images
ReplyDeleteIt's delightful Liz, admit I wasn't sure about Annie and Edward when the landed but they soon grew on me and used a lot. The LH die frame is very delicate.
