New Job

A friend is starting a new job tomorrow, so I made this card for her today.  I hope she makes the quote under the image her motto in her new job!
This is the card closed....

....and this is it open.  I cut 1" off the front of the card on the right-hand side and attached a strip of spotty patterned paper slightly wider to the back inside edge.

    Liz, in case I missed you, Happy New Year! This is darling, and such a perfect card for a new job. I know I often felt exactly this way when I worked. Love the red & black with the dots inside, and that is a cute figure on the oval focal point. Great fun card and your friend will so appreciate it. TFS & Hugs

    I love this sentiment and we should all realize we don't do miracles. It would take a lot of stress off of us! I really like the way you did the front by cutting off part of it and adding the strip on the inside. Very clever idea and made a cute card.
