The Rudolph Days Challenge started a couple of days ago and runs until the end of the month. I've made a CAS card, which I think would be good for batch making.
I used an MFT 'Christmas Tree Window' die in a piece of white card slightly smaller than the red card blank. The aperture in the tree was backed with a snippet of green alcohol inked card which was in my box of backgrounds I made some time ago. I used the die again in a snippet of gold card and inlaid the star. The sentiment was a stamp from the SU 'Greatest Part of Christmas' set, stamped with a Delicata red, metallic inkpad.
I am joining in the following challenges:
While I had the stamp out, I used it again on this card. The image is a recycled shop bought Christmas card, that was too nice to throw away, layered on a piece of red cardstock. So, a really quick and easy card to add to my pile Christmas cards.
Lovely cards Liz. I cannot tell you the number of times that Christmas tree has been in and out of my shopping basket...definitely think I need it now!! x
ReplyDeleteTwo gorgeous cards Liz, I can see why you needed to use the sentiment again it's a great one. Thank you for joining in Rudolph Days Challenge this month.
