Afternoon Tea

I was asked to make several invitations for an Afternoon Tea and these are two designs I came up with.

For this card I embossed a panel with an old Cuttlebug embossing folder and layered it on a deep yellow mat.  The cup cake was made with a SU punch.  The top was embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and raised up on foam pads.  I used Memory Box 'Stitched Circle Layers' die cuts for the mats.  The little hearts were the waste from a die cut used on a card previously.

For my second card, I used the same Cuttlebug cupcake embossing folder.  I used a strip of  cupcake ribbon across the card, layered on yellow and green mats.

  1. Two wonderful cards Liz they look so inviting, love going for afternoon tea it's become really popular

  2. Two real sweet cards! They look super festive! Hugs, Gerrina

  3. Wow, wonderful cards. Love this embossing folder. So sweet.
