Recycled Christmas Cards

The Rudolph Days April Challenge ends in a couple of days, so I made two Christmas cards today to join in the Challenge.  I seem to be behind in my plan to recycle more of the shop bought Christmas cards we received, so today I thought I'd get back on track and recycle a couple more.  Really quick and easy this time.  I trimmed both cards down, layered them on a mat and attached them to a card blank.

On the first card I used a dark silver glitter mat.....

..... and the second card has a black mat.  The silver background was part of the original card.

I am joining in the following challenges:

  2. Hi Liz

    What great recycling.

You have created two wonderful Christmas cards. Much better than simply putting old cards into a recycling bin!

Hope all is well with you.

    Love Jules xx

    Happy Rudolf Days.
What fab re-cycling those images are too lovely to throw away.
Love how you have matted them on your different colour card stock.
That snowflake is so pretty and the wreath is very unusual and beautiful.
