Allsorts Challenge ~ Make Your Own Background

Ellie has chosen 'Make Your Own Background' for the Allsorts Challenge theme this week.  As always, there is always the Anything Goes option.

I made my background with Pixie Powders, sprayed with water.  I used a new Simon Says Stamp 'Leaf Branch Oval' in a rectangle of white card and layered it over the inky background.  The sentiment is a stamp from the Stampin' Up 'Boho Indigo' set, stamped with Versafine 'Nocture'.  I added a punched flower and a few gold coloured gems.

  22. I love the Leaf Branch Oval aperture and the Pixie Powders are so bright and beautiful in the background Liz, and love the added punched flower to add the leaves, and the sentiment fits perfectly on the integral strip across the oval. x
