Tangerine, Aqua and White

Welcome to my new follower, Sally of Sallybitz2.  Thank you for joining me.

A CAS card today to join in with a few challenges.  The Less is More Challenge this fortnight is 'Tangerine, Aqua and White', so I decided to use these colours for my card.

I used 'Spiced Marmalade' and 'Peacock Feathers' Distress Oxides through a stencil for the border down the side.  A friend recommended a set of inexpensive soft makeup brushes from Amazon for using with inks and stencils.  After playing with hers recently at a local craft day, I invested in a set of my own and I'm impressed with how easy they are to use.  The bird and flower were die cut from snippets with a set of Cut and Make 'Mini Tropical' dies.  The sentiment was a stamp from the Happy Little Stampers 'Doodled Flowers' set, stamped with the 'Peacock Feathers' Distress Oxide ink pad.

I am joining in the following challenges:

    1. These are the brushes I bought, Di.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01HLTAZMK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They sell smaller sets too. To clean the brushes, I just rub the Distress ink off on a microfibre cloth (4 cloths for £1 in the pound shop).
