Christ Church Schools Summer Fayre

Just putting my feet up after running a craft stall at the Summer Fayre organised by The Friends of Christ Church Schools in Downend.  It was lovely to see and speak to so many of my past pupils.  Well done to The Friends for organising such great weather too!  Here are just a few of the cards I made to sell on my stall.
Another card using my favourite Stampin' Up owl punch.

The champagne glasses were actually silver holographic card, but the light in the scanner made them multicoloured!

Fire Engine Card

I seem to be hooked on stepper cards at the moment! I miss making birthday cards for all the children who were in my Reception class, so it's always lovely to spend a bit more time on cards for the children I make cards for now.  Leo is having a 'Fire Engine' party next weekend, so after digging out a fire-engine stamp I had in my collection, I got to work making a special card for him.

Lavinia Stamps Challenge 3 # Pastel Colours

We've just returned from a lovely week in the Lake District with friends.  After trying to explain to Mike how to make a stepper card while we were away, I thought I'd make one for him and Gill to thank them for organising a great holiday.  Trying to get some inspiration for the Lavinia Challenge this month, 'Pastel Colours', I decided to make a stepper card using pastel colours.  This was certainly a challenge for me and was not as easy as I thought it would be.  Usually I use the lovely Lavinia stamps with fairly bright colours.  My card will be winging its way to you tomorrow, Mike and Gill!
