It's Rudolph Days Challenge time again, which runs from the 25th until the last day of each month, leading up to Christmas. You have seven days this month to make a Christmas themed project/card and join in the challenge.
I'm not too happy with the photo, the gold mirror card looks more bronze than gold, but metallic card seems to always change colour in a photo! The die I used is Poppystamps 'Vesha Ornament', a gift from the lovely Scrappymo. My plan was to cut the shape in gold and red and inlay the red stripe and spots. This would have worked for the stripes, but the spots were too tiny and also different sizes. So, it was onto plan B, which was to draw around the die on red card, cut it out and lay the gold die cut on top. I used a tiny piece of red and gold thread which I attached to the bauble and the gold punched bow. The patterned paper is from a paper pad which came free with a magazine some time ago and the design seemed perfect to go with the bauble die cut. The sentiment is computer generated and die cut with Lawn Fawn 'Everyday Sentiment Banner' dies. I've attached the bauble, bow and sentiment with foam pads to raise them up.
