It's time for a new Allsorts Challenge and Christine has chosen the theme of 'Anything Autumn'. I made a Hexagon Floating Card, after watching Paul Ford's video HERE. I adjusted the measurements slightly to make the middle front panel and little wider.
Someone kindly gave me a part used 8" x 8" paper/topper pad, which included this beautiful piece of patterned paper. With the leaves in shades of brown, red, orange and shiny gold, it was perfect for an Autumn themed card. The rich red plain card matched it perfectly. Behind the middle panel is a strip of strong acetate. The sentiment is from the Stampin' Up 'Magnolia Blooms' set, stamped with Stampin' Up 'Cherry Cobbler'. The sentiment circle and mat were punched and attached to the acetate to give the impression that it's 'floating'.
The card folds flat for posting.
There are two prizes of Penny Black stamps, stencil and stickers from Buddly Crafts for the lucky randomly drawn winners.
